I’ve been evaluated by surgeons, been offered a spinal fusion, have regular trigger point injections and physical therapy. I’ve been given some practical exercises and stretches that have all been just a way of managing my pain. MShow morey appt yesterday with Nicole was the first time anyone actually understood and saw how I was functioning in my breathing and swallowing that has been a major contribution to the pain, and now I’m learning how to do those daily constant motions differently! I have so much hope now and can’t wait to report back with the success story in the near future!
