My visit was an emotional one. It was the 1st time in 20 years that a doctor for rimary care made me feel like there is something I could do. I didn't have an emotional problem. She showed a care for working through my concernsShow more that I haven't experienced in a long time. She didn't throw a drug at me to fix the problem but started a plan to determine what truly is the problem and took her time in doing so. She showed she cared & brought tears to my eyes. She is super kind,always looks out for my best interest even if she thinks on a decision she made and then later believes (because of unforseen variables) that another route might be safer for the patient; SheShow more will call you and go over the new options...which tells me 2 good things: She thinks about her patients cases a lot, (not just while she's working) . I absolutely LOVE Ms. Nicole & Ms. Francine ! I honestly wish I found them sooner. As a young black woman who has had some extremely difficult and uncomfortable urgent care visits and traumatizing gyno visits in the past coming to see them was a breeze. I felt heard, I felt seen and was out of there in less then an hour and that was a game changer for me! If I could give them 10 stars I would because their energy is truly infectious!

Love going to the office. Everyone is so friendly. Easy to get an appointment very quickly. Practitioner is very knowledgeable and update on the latest medical practices.
