Led by Nina Thompson, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Three Roots is grounded in the belief that mental health is shaped by the whole person — not symptoms alone. Nina’s background includes work in high-acuity clinical settings as well as ongoing outpatient psychiatric care. This experience informs a calm, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and continuity of care.

As a mother of three and an active member of her community, Nina brings a personal understanding of how mental health affects individuals and families alike.
