I feel she trusts me and I trust her. Respect is given both ways. I have been mentally stable for a long time, due to Miss Nikki and me working together.
Thank goodness for MAVAhealth and all that work there. They have listened to me to help me stay well. I have had doctors try to impose their beliefs on me and not work with me even though know my body best for having had 65 yearsShow more of experience with my body and my mind. When I work with them and tell them what’s going on with me, they make suggestions. They respect my decisions. It is a nice feeling when I know we are working together. I don’t get this feeling of one up-one down gaslighting.

Very disappointed with the phone representative calling from a spam number in New York. Tried to charge me for my entire insurance deductible. Apparently doesn’t know how insurance works. Very unprofessional. Though the therapist, Miss Nikki is fine. No problems with her.
Nikki is a great provider and she listens to all my concerns. If you want someone to listen and help get medications correct she is the provider to use.
NKECHINYERE IWUORISHA is a very compassionate provider who spends time talking through your diagnosis and treatment plan ...she is conservative when prescribing controlled medications, but she will adjust medication and/or dosage if a medication is not working correctly during follow-up visits...she is very authentic and a true professional...

My experience was somewhat conflicted because your microphone was not working at all. The clinician and receptionist were excellent, and I had the most wonderful experience with them. The only problem I had was the malfunctioning of the microphone.
