A native of Dallas, Dr. Varghese grew up with an interest in science and sports. He was awarded the Bryant Boutwell, Dr. P.H., and John P. McGovern, M.D., Scholarship in 2004, and received nominations for the 2006 Research Forum and C. Dr. Varghese obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2009.

Cynthia Banwell is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the Physician Assistant program at University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX in February of 2023. Prior to completing her master’s degree in physician assistant studies, Cynthia graduated from University of Houston with an undergraduate degree in Health Promotion. Cynthia is excited to be back in Houston and working in psychiatry. She strives to provide compassionate patient centered care for each patient as she knows how important one’s mental health is to their overall well being. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog named Dunkin.

Asma Virani, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Gannon University in Sun City Center, Florida in August 2023. She has been trained to diagnose, treat, and manage psychiatric disorders while providing quality care.

Ajinder Dhatt, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at CyFair Psychiatry in Houston, Texas.
