Such a nice caring doctor.. my only complaint is that in an emergency or actually if you need to speak to someone at all ita physicly not possible. You can only leave a voice-mail and pray its not friday afternoon . I've neveShow morer been able to get ahold of an actual person in an emergency. Always have to leave a message and pray for a call back.
I met with Dr. Hsu and Dr. Rioux. Both are a pleasure to work with. Dr. Hsu is professional as well as being humorous. I left another provider after 20 years due to lack of care. I was in for an appointment today I had a few things pop up today for a test that I did the last time witch I do t know how some of that came up the past time unless they mixed it up. Somehow my keds have to be mixing with them I hope they find out what's mixing with them but they could have listened to me more today. I tried to tell them my meds got changed but they where to worried about what came out on the last test to retest me today
Wow ! So very impressed! Finally a Dr who cares about his patients pain!

What a fantastic staff! I can really appreciate the small personable office setting during a trying time for me. You really put my mind at ease!
I have always been treated with dignity and respect during my time at this practice. I am honest with the doctor and he is honest with me. I would recommend this practice to other patients.
In the Concord office, I do wish the 'intake' area where the secretary takes your vitals was private and not in an alcove, just off of the waiting room. I feel like that has to be some sort of a privacy violation. The appointment was very quick. I am also not a fan of the doctor using AI transcribe his notes.
Dr Hsu is a tremendous listener.
I have as much confidence in Dr Hsu as any physician that I have dealt with. You get the feeling that he really cares about his patients.

All was great until I tried calling back after my appointment to make another then couldn’t get in touch with anyone. But office visit was A+
For years I have been in pain and BEGGING my doctors to help me and they did nothing until I demanded them to send me to a pain clinic when I met with power Hsu he made me feel so comfortable and understood.. and came up with a plan to FINALLY get me some relief.. THANK YOU SO MUCH DOCTOR!

I have been going here for 14 year's. Today I stopped. Because the place has gone down hill for about a year. Can't get ahold of anyone in the office to talk to, rude people in office, billing sucks, they want you to pay with out receiving a bill.and laugh at you when you ask for one..going down hill fast.

I BEEN TO 10 PLUS DOCTORS MRI XRAYS SURGERY PAIN MEDS SHOTS ALL DIDNT REALLY FIX..AND LIMITED MY DAY TO DAY THINGS ..HAVING 3 BOYS AGES 6 ,3,3MONTHS THANK YOU YOUR THE BEST....

Dr Hsu has been extremely helpful in managing my severe pain!
He is fabulous, he got my pain under completely while cutting my Oxycodone intake by half! I would recommend him even if he didn’t cut my meds the way he was able to.
Dr.Hsu is an amazing prover who truly cares about his patients and their well being he listens to you and doesn’t just push your feelings aside and will do what he can to help you !!
The billing department is screwed up. I can’t believe how much I pay for a 10 minute session
