I appreciated the professionalism of my first visit-from the person who did the input to the visit with Dr. Hsu. Dr. Hsu was knowledgeable about how my nerves were damaged and understood my need for medication to help with my paShow morein from that damage.
Dr Hsu was very helpful with my problems I’m having with my lower back pain so glad he let me in as a new patient can’t wait to see how his treatments will work on my discomfort I have daily

I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Hsu. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Dr. Hsu listens with his full attention and gives one the impression that he truly cares about his patients.

The office it self is nice. The secretary is a sweet kind lady. The management is another story. And the virtual a.i. is frustrating and doesn't work.
He is the best. Such a humorous personality that isn't seen as often by other providers. But Dr. HSU always keeps things comfortable

I was in for an appointment today I had a few things pop up today for a test that I did the last time witch I do t know how some of that came up the past time unless they mixed it up. Somehow my keds have to be mixing with them I hope they find out what's mixing with them but they could have listened to me more today. I tried to tell them my meds got changed but they where to worried about what came out on the last test to retest me today

I have always been treated with dignity and respect during my time at this practice. I am honest with the doctor and he is honest with me. I would recommend this practice to other patients.
In the Concord office, I do wish the 'intake' area where the secretary takes your vitals was private and not in an alcove, just off of the waiting room. I feel like that has to be some sort of a privacy violation. The appointment was very quick. I am also not a fan of the doctor using AI transcribe his notes.
