She made you feel at home as if you were talking with family or friends. She was able to continue me on my medication which was sort of an emergency situation, and set me up at a closer office to where I live and even chatted about tv shows for a little bit. I am going to be going to the close office to where I live, but I wish more than anything I could continue with Dr. Rioux. I highly recommend her!

Very efficient exchange of info back & forth, appointments manage to be as thorough as I'd hope & yet my caregiver/driver always remarks how quick it went! Jen also has a very pleasant, engaging personality. She makes you smile & feel good. Her ideas are also innovative, providing hope when you're afraid you've tried everything and nothing will help. Very understanding & accommodating of extenuating circumstances.
