I have nothing but good things to say. For years I have suffered in pain from a horrible car accident that left my spine with permanent and life changing damage. I do my very best to stay active and manage, but I finally gave in aShow morend decided to do pain management. I always feel listened to and cared for, we even have fun conversations about our dogs and share photos and videos. Because of the care I receive, I can live my life without much pain and be the mother I’m supposed to be for my kids
From the front desk to the big desk, New Era Pain Management is an amazing doctors office. Tabitha Hachey has been helping me for years. I have a very complexed treatment plan that she has been tweaking and fine tuning for years. Show moreShe has prescribed helpful medications that no other office has even thought of. Absolutely love the people who work there. Skylar is just so very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Tabitha really takes the time to listen and help with all of my concerns and then provide things that really do work. I love going there.
I met with Tabitha today I I found her To be very helpful she listened to all of my concerns and was helpful with my RX needs even after the visit she and her staff went Above and beyond to help with insurance and Pharmacy issues . Tabitha and the rest of the practice are very helpful and attentive to this chronic patient. The attention to detail and trying to keep the appointments "light" gives me a feeling of relaxation and professionalism with Patients. Unlike so many other Pain Clinic locations I am treated as a person needing help with my pain level vs Pain that has a patient component to it. With so many variables, person to person, their ability and knowledge of pain control and ways to treat it is a blessing.

Seeing Tabitha was great it is getting I touch with the office is my only problem!!! It is a big one I left the office and started trying to get in touch with them 15 minutes after I left about my prescription and now it is 5Pm and still have not been able to get in touch with anyone!!!! That is a big problem!! I have tried on many other times to get in touch with the office on other days and have never reached anyone

I don’t think we’ve necessarily had an appointment online we have spoke, but the woman that I met with the other day that was four of them. I know a few were new but every single one of them made me feel so much more comfortable and so much better about what I was doing That they were all incredible but now that I need something I guess we’re gonna find out how good my experience is, but so far two thumbs up

Tabitha has been nothing but warm, welcoming, kind and completely nonjudgmental to both my husband Jonathan and myself... Since day 1 she has expressed gratitude for my husband introducing me to her and letting her take me in. My husband was prepared for road to a better life to close so he set it up for me to go there.. She didn't hesitate... She took me in without question... And had been great ever since .. It's great to see people still care for this cause.
