At first I was a little confused and worried as I had been seeing Dr. Sue for months and never knew I'd transfer to a different doctor. My appointment with Dr. Sue suddenly said Jennifer. I thought it was a mistake. After meetShow moreing Dr. Rioux I'm glad it wasn't a mistake. She was great! She explained things thoroughly. She understood my pain and made me feel heard and cared for. I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Rioux

Appointment was flawless and
Very efficient and organized. All staff knew what to do, and everything proceeded easily. Explanations were clear and helpful.
I really value Fushion health the Drs really care about there patience. I do not feel as a number but a person. They do not judge and they don't treat me as a drug addict in recovery but as some one who is dealing with a person who is trying to heal from what has happened to make me a recovering addict.
I have always found the service here to be professional and courteous. The staff always seems to have time to answer questions

Service provider is great to deal with. She fully knows what she is doing My only concern is in scheduled appointments seem to run long, throwing the whole day off for everyone. Best to book for an early appointment before the day gets way behind
Great office setting knowledgeable staff and the doctors have answered my request miracle drug that worked awesome for me. So anybody with severe back pain and or severe pain in general,I highly recommend FUSION HEALTH please give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
It was an interesting "tag team" event. I saw one provider then switched abruptly to another. A little explanation would have helped. At any rate. I'm pleased overall with the practice.

My telehealth visit went very smoothly. My provider was very helpful in finding me the right medication that would aid my mobility. Even when our call got dropped. It was very easy to log right back in and resume our conversation. My experience was easy and most helpful.
I was without pain relief for over three years because doctors chose to believe I was just wanting to self medicate. I so appreciate Jen and her crew. They listen. Truly listen and base your help on what they really hear. No suspicion. No judgment. I finally have my life back. Love Fusion.

Jennifer was very nice and understanding with my situation. She listened and asked all of the right questions and had some new ideas for meds. I had a very good appointment with her.
Most of my encounters with the staff are fantastic. My only issue is with the assistants and front room. Every time I arrive, there is new personal and my copay was in cash, with receipts given, however on 2 occasions my payment didn't seem to make the books. So advice is if you pay cash, ask for receipts and keep them for awhile.
They truly care and treat you with respect and will work with you and listen to your concerns I highly recommend them
