Dr Rioux was very kind and welcoming. She listened and had some great advice and help. She made you feel at home as if you were talking with family or friends. She was able to continue me on my medication which was sort of an emerShow moregency situation, and set me up at a closer office to where I live and even chatted about tv shows for a little bit. I am going to be going to the close office to where I live, but I wish more than anything I could continue with Dr. Rioux. I highly recommend her!

Jennifer is very helpful with our pain management. Jennifer does not miss anything. I love all the staff they are so friendly and attentive to our needs.
I love Dr Jennifer we have a great combative relationship with one another! She always takes care of my issues. Although it is very hard to get through to her office! I think that she needs a direct line to the office that you shouldn’t need to email them or talk to an answering machine to get ahold to her! I left several messages online and called twice and left messages for her before I got a response! I think that I shouldn’t have done all of that to get ahold of her!

Having Dr. Rioux as a primary is exceptional. Not only does Ms.Rioux care for your medical needs in great care, she knows your history very well, she takes the time to listen to you. You would not be disappointed in having her as your doctor in pain management.
I’ve dealt with several Dr’s before arriving at Fusion with Jen. She is hands down about her patients. They don’t make me feel like I’m on probation with the courts. I live in pain. Jen and fusion treat me like a patient and not a parolee. Can’t say enough good things about them.
Jen is amazing for many reasons: 1. She's very welcoming, personable, and up beat. I felt comfortable with her right away. 2. She is knowledgeable, professional, and organized. 3. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She puts in the extra effort to provide her patients with the best care she can provide. I highly recommend not only Jen, but the whole Fusion Health Services team!
