This was my first visit with Jennifer and I was very pleased with how the appointment went. She was very efficient in making sure all my diagnoses were correct in their files. She is very nice and polite and I found this visit to Show morebe very pleasant. It’s nice to have care providers that really listen to you. I highly recommend this practice if you are in need of a pain management specialist office.

I love Dr Jennifer we have a great combative relationship with one another! She always takes care of my issues. Although it is very hard to get through to her office! I think that she needs a direct line to the office that you shouldn’t need to email them or talk to an answering machine to get ahold to her! I left several messages online and called twice and left messages for her before I got a response! I think that I shouldn’t have done all of that to get ahold of her!
Jennifer is the best! Explains everything and is so down to earth. No complaints whatsoever!
Having Dr. Rioux as a primary is exceptional. Not only does Ms.Rioux care for your medical needs in great care, she knows your history very well, she takes the time to listen to you. You would not be disappointed in having her as your doctor in pain management.
I’ve dealt with several Dr’s before arriving at Fusion with Jen. She is hands down about her patients. They don’t make me feel like I’m on probation with the courts. I live in pain. Jen and fusion treat me like a patient and not a parolee. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable about pain and what can be done to treat. I feel she knows the limits of pain care and what can be accomplished and what cannot. She made a change to my medication and gave me a glimmer of hope that there may be elsewhere to go to receive some help of my chronic pain and just hope her advice will send me on the correct path for some relief.

Meeting with Jennifer feels like I'm going to catch up with a friend. Both she and Dr. Sue are very down to earth, friendly and efficient. I always know I'll be out of the building within 30 minutes or so and won't miss much time off from work. I appreciate how they're quick and respectful of your time. They're the best!
