I've never felt bad after a visit. She is very enlightening. I can count on her to be honest and shows me different ways of viewing things I may be in question about. I love her because she doesn't hesitate to tell me when I am wrong. She never disappoints me.

Rataucha is such a great listener and also very skilled at making connections that draw out deeper reflections from what you are sharing. It's our 2nd visit and I already feel connected and safe in ways that usually take more time. I'm happy to have her as a guide and partneron this journey into my transition.
My therapist (Rataucha Heard) is kind, helpful and easy to get along with. I’ve only had one session with her but she’s amazing!
Our conversation was fluid and deep. It had a feeling of sharing with a fiend but one who is able to add insights and encourage deeper reflection. That led to deeper emotional engagement. I could appreciate that skills were in use, but not in a way that made me self conscious.I felt myself access more feelings as some anger was triggered. Rataucha matched my flow with compassion or silence and laughter. A good start.
I find her to be very professional yet personable...I like the way that she thinks before she speaks . Which, indicates to me that it's not a generalized answer. Although, she is very intuitive.

Rataucha listens. Sometimes you don’t need an answer, you just need to vent. Rataucha always gives you the opportunity to do that. She is very supportive. She doesn’t push,she allows you to go at a pace you are comfortable with.

I wanted to say about RATAUCHA she so amazing she listen to everything I have to say with no rushing me off and always gives the best advice she guides me through every problems and calms me down I known her for quite a while some time now I wouldn’t ask for no better than her I built a close connection and feel so safe talking to her we talk I cry she always knows the words to say to make me feel better she gives me tools to get through my situations I consider her as my family she the best❤️

Talking with Rataucha doesn’t make you feel like you’re talking with a therapist. It’s a very comfortable interaction, I find I solve some things just by saying them out loud in a casual manner.
She is accommodating, understanding and a great listener. Everything needed in a good therapist.
