I find her to be very professional yet personable...I like the way that she thinks before she speaks . Which, indicates to me that it's not a generalized answer. Although, she is very intuitive.

Understanding, honest and trustworthy.
Rataucha listens. Sometimes you don’t need an answer, you just need to vent. Rataucha always gives you the opportunity to do that. She is very supportive. She doesn’t push,she allows you to go at a pace you are comfortable with.

I wanted to say about RATAUCHA she so amazing she listen to everything I have to say with no rushing me off and always gives the best advice she guides me through every problems and calms me down I known her for quite a while some time now I wouldn’t ask for no better than her I built a close connection and feel so safe talking to her we talk I cry she always knows the words to say to make me feel better she gives me tools to get through my situations I consider her as my family she the best❤️

Talking with Rataucha doesn’t make you feel like you’re talking with a therapist. It’s a very comfortable interaction, I find I solve some things just by saying them out loud in a casual manner.
