With a passion for family medicine, board-certified physician Richard Mohr III, MD, provides education and encouragement for his patients so that they can take a proactive role in their health care. He welcomes new and existing patients to Family Medicine and Mohr in Florence, South Carolina.
Dr. Mohr earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. After graduation, Dr. Mohr went through an internship and family medicine residency at McLeod Health Regional Medical Center in Florence.
By continuing his education and training regularly, Dr. Mohr stays abreast of the most up-to-date diagnostic and treatment solutions available. He maintains his board certification with the American Board of Family Medicine and specializes in lifestyle interventions over medications, when possible, for patients of all ages.
Dr. Mohr offers integrative solutions to help patients achieve their best health. I wouldn’t have any other PCP, he listens, and explains everything to you where you can understand. He also tries to get you off medication instead of putting you on tons of medication. I like that
I can’t recommend Dr Mohr enough, he’s the best doctor around , very knowledgeable, listens to any concerns I have and never makes me feel rushed. His staff are all so friendly and upbeat from the nurses to the front desk and in between .
