Ryan Pepper, NP

Ryan Pepper, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than six years of psychiatric nursing experience. His clinical background includes adult and older adult inpatient psychiatry at Bellevue Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital, as well as graduate training in psychiatric emergency and outpatient settings. Ryan has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and neurocognitive conditions. Ryan provides supportive, compassionate, and patient-centered psychiatric care with an emphasis on listening to each patient's individual experiences, concerns, and treatment goals. His approach to medication management is collaborative, evidence-based, conservative, and holistic. He believes that patients should feel heard and actively involved in decisions about their mental health care.
