This was my first time here as my Dr sent a referral over for some minor issues during my pregnancy. I just have to rave about my ultrasound tech, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, all the anatomy she was sShow morecanning she informed me of what it was and then she gave me so many photos of baby. I wish I got her name but I was there Thursday for a 10am appt, whoever she was, she was an angel. The doctor was also so amazing, she reassured me so I wouldn’t stress, she explained everything to make sure I understood what was going on and that I wasn’t confused. Overall my first time here was a great experience.

Sean Keeler, MD, FACOG, provides his expertise in perinatal medicine to women living in and around Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, at Desert Perinatal Associates. Dr. Keeler is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. After graduating, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and awarded a full scholarship through the Federal Health Professions Scholarship Program to attend CCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Keeler completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
During his academic years, he received numerous teaching awards, including the Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center Award for Humanism and Excellence in Teaching. Following his fellowship training, Dr. Keeler served four years active duty as a Lieutenant Commander at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth as the Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. After his activity duty was complete, Dr. Keeler was awarded the prestigious Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for distinguishing himself with meritorious service to our country.
Dr. Keeler has a strong interest in clinical research in preterm labor and cervical insufficiency. He has authored seventeen original manuscripts and two book chapters on the topic. He serves the community by supporting the March of Dimes and the Promise Walk for Preeclampsia. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the Unforgettables Foundation of Southern Nevada.

Amazing! They make you feel comfortable and walk you through it all! Never once did i feel like I couldn’t understand what they were talking about.
I went in for an amniocentesis and Dr. Keeler and his team were wonderful, both at easing my worries and performing the procedure. I'd highly recommend him!

La primera vez me atendieron súper bien las muchacha q me hizo el ultrasonido execelente persona me hiba diciendo las partes de mi bb y todo . Pero la última vez no fue tan buena la que me hizo el ultrasonido una muchacha súper seria ni hablaba como mal humorada me hacía el ultrasonido y encima me hicieron esperar en un cuarto superior pequeños con dos sillas solamente y cerrado . Horrible no me gustó la última vez que fui .

Quick Service, Amazing Nurses, Everyone is nice & friendly. It was my first time having an appointment there & all the staff made me feel extremely comfortable & welcomed <3, it’s also a very clean environment. 10/10 HIGHLY Recommend.
Extremely thorough, very kind and went over everything with myself and husband in detail. He made sure we understood everything!
We like Kheeler but the really big Latino lady is very rude. There is also a small Caucasian woman who is extremely impersonal and moves entirely too fast while touching my pregnant belly that I nor my husband do not enjoy. I forget the Latino woman’s name but she is very tall and she makes these snide comments to coworkers about us and dirty looks that she doesn’t think we catch but we do and it’s extremely rude and unnecessary.
Great place and very professional and clean! The equipment is all up to date and very hi tech and the doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful in answering any and all your questions

Dr. Keeler as well as all the staff at desert perinatal associates are absolutely amazing. They are kind and caring and listen to all concerns. They treat patients like actual people and individuals! They made my high risk pregnancy less worrisome and I’m forever in gratitude for that .
