Shanna is a different type of psychiatrist. I had such a positive experience with her. She was incredibly easy to talk to and created an environment where I felt safe and genuinely comfortable. My last two providers dismissed the concerns I was having about my treatment, repeatedly dropped the ball in ordering diagnostic testing, and progressively shortened my appointment times until my last appointment lasted a whopping 10 minutes. I cannot describe the disappointment I continuously feel whenever I am seen here. Every appointment feels like a new low.
