She was incredibly easy to talk to and created an environment where I felt safe and genuinely comfortable. Instead of the appointment feeling rigid or performative, her approach was more natural and conversational, which took the pressure off and made it easier to open up. I felt heard throughout the session and that she was actively listening. She brings a refreshing, more human approach that sets her apart.
