Tracie Ross, APRN

Tracie's practice is based on the belief that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. She is experienced in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. Tracie has Master of Science specializing in psychiatric/mental health nursing. She also holds a Master of Public Health and spent many years as a registered nurse in the mental health field. She has practiced in community mental health settings, in forensic psychiatry, served the veteran population, and worked with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She is also a RYT® 200 certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and aims to incorporate yoga methodologies into her practice to equip clients in developing mind/body awareness and improving overall quality of life. She takes an integrative and holistic approach to mental health care. She strives to be compassionate and fosters a collaborative and supportive environment meant to motivate and empower each patient in their journey towards better health.
