I had a below the knee amputation of my right foot. I had a great experience with Dr Chandran from pre-op to post opp and follow up! The surgery just went perfectly. In the beginning I was just to have my toes/foot amputated. Show more Dr Chandran was honest with me and advised to have the below the knee amputation instead of foot to avoid certain future complications and surgeries because of my health and other challenges at 83 years old. I am very happy with his recommendation and skilled work as I am now on a great road to recovery and better health without any infections. I'm learning to adjust with one leg and have a positive spirit which is contributed by an overall great experience with this life changing surgery and a wonderful surgeon! Also the anesthesiologist was top notch in handling my care and getting me through surgery successfully! The two of them made the greatest team possible! Much appreciated! Barbara

Dr Chandran got straight to the point , knew exactly what to do , took x-rays of my shoulder when I had thought it was a torn rotator cuff, he suspected slight arthritis and he was correct ! He subsequently gave me a cortisone shot, and the next day I'm feeling better already I'm looking forward to my follow-up visit with more progress with Dr Chandran
Dr. Shaun Chandran was very professional. My first visit was great. He made me feel comfortable, very easy to talk to, honest and trusting worthy regarding my issue. I would recommend him to anybody with knee diagnosis.

Very professional. The office staff assured me that they would guide me through the surgercal procedure and they did just what they said the would do. So far I'm very pleased.

The doctor appeared to be knowledgeable and concerns about helping me with my shoulder issues He referred me to someone he felt was more experience with my issues.
I somehow overlooked and forgot the appointment yesterday. Could you please reschedule?
Staff was fast. The Medical Office Rep. remember my name after days have past. Dr. Chandran is very compassionate and understanding to patients needs.
Very good
Very nice and I didn't have to wait.
Communication assurance of what is expected of the patient per visit. That if and when equipment other than what Dr is able to provide out of his office should be communicated that another appointment would be needed with the next supplier of equipment needed to help in the healing process. Such as getting a separate leg brace that would not be available the same day because an appointment is needed for sizing because injured ligament is braceless and no leg supports are available to function before the sizing appointment. The doctor should also follow up on new patients to make sure all his instructions were clear and understood what is to happen next before the next follow up with him. And when a heads up call for the next appointment is done, a preview of what is expected inbthis follow up should be noted to patient as to not wasting Dr's time nor the patients time. Atleast all basis are acknowledged and the follow up is not wasted. Thank you.
Dr. Chandran did my hip surgery on the left side in 2018. I have never had any problem. The reason why I’m seeing him this time was because my right hip replacement was done in Hawaii and it had started to bother me. I am very very pleased with everything the surgery after surgery everything that he is Done for me. I have always Felt safe.
