The facilities were very nice. The Dr was nice too. Unfortunately the Doctor was rushed and was telling me I needed Knee Surgery. Unfortunately, He did not give me much information regarding the surgery, and had me sign the formShow more. It would be nice if the provider or someone would have set me up to speak to someone by phone or in person regarding the surgery. Giving the patient more information regarding the surgery procedures Or give a booklet so we would know what to expect.

Fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon Shaun Chandran, MD, specializes in the treatment of a variety of orthopaedic conditions and performs several orthopaedic procedures including joint reconstruction and general orthopaedics. Dr. Chandran completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and finished medical school at the New York Medical College. He fulfilled his orthopedic surgery residency at Stanford University and underwent a hip and knee replacement fellowship program at the Massachusetts General Hospital.

Everyone was polite. All of my questions were answer. I was seen in a timely manner. they have parking validation. And I got to sing a few of my favorite songswhile waitng, the room had music in the air. I'll give a 5 star rating.

Dr Shaun Chandran is a great doctor. He explains things to you carefully and answers any questions you may have. He’s a realist and goes straight to the point. He is also kind and understanding.
Dr. Chandran is very professional and gets to the point. I heard excelling feedback from everyone that knew that he was going to be my mom’s surgeon and already recommended him to few of my friends. His office staff is also very helpful and professional. They helped me through the insurance referral.
Dr should provide written instructions for care and follow up so patients can be prepared for appointments. Waiting room was very crowded, people waiting in the hall. Maybe take into consideration many will need drivers

Dr Shaun Chandran clearly explained the cause of my discomfort in layman's terms. I was glad to hear that no surgical intervention was required, merely physiotherapy.
Staff is helpful and friendly Dr Shuan Chadrand was easy to speak with he answered my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him.
First time seeing Dr Shaun Chandran…Immediately felt comfortable.. I was educated about my future knee surgery and any questions I had were answered in a friendly manner…I am a retired nurse from Kaiser…Awesome experience and my anxiety was reduced…Looking forward to my future surgery and I believe I will be just fine ☺️
