I enjoy speaking with Sherrie every 3 months. I get good advice from her for tracking my mental health.
I had my first appointment today. She listened to my concerns and didn't try and change my treatment that I was receiving for the last 6-7 years. I was really nervous going into the appointment but felt really good afterwards.
My tele health appointment was at 9:30am and the provider didnât come on until a little after 10:00am. We spent 10 minutes or less on the phone and thatâs it. Fast and easy.
