I was informed upon my arrival that in-person appointments are now only available to vaccinated patients. I have tested for COVIT 19 twice and both times negative result. I have not even had a flu shot for 25 years and have not haShow mored the flu in all that time. Meanwhile, AOC has been vaccinated twice and still tested positive. Doctor was great, very easy to talk to and attentive. Front office staff however need some training. I had pre-filled out my new patient paperwork, arrived ten minutes before my scheduled appointment, checked in up front, signed iShow moren, and even had a picture taken as a new patient. Well after an hour of waiting, somehow they marked me as a no-show even though I was sitting in the waiting room the entire time. They blamed their system and could care less that I had taken off work to be there.

Great appointment this morning with Dr Lucero. She manages my medication perfectly. I've been a patient for a couple years and never had a problem with her treatment. She talks to me in great detail. I feel lucky to have met such a thorough Dr. It's has been very hard to find this lever of care in Las Vegas. I am extremely satisfied with her care. I would highly recommend her. There is no way that I would consider going elsewhere.

I have seen a few therapist for my granddaughter, I have never met one who is more compassionate, caring & sincere as she. Very thorough & communicates with her client, simply love her.
Sheri Lucero is wonderful - caring; thoughtful; and very knowledgeable about medications. We also greatly value that she explored potential physical issues by ordering bloodwork. In doing so, she discovered a thyroid issue that was likely presenting as depression.
