They don’t know when your appointment is there staff call when you’re in with the doctor for copay and to make sure you have arrived at the office doctor doesn’t know your correct name called me my middle name conflicting results called other doctor on video chat to try to explain to you but other doctor has no clue what’s going on there is no communication about why they are doing what they are doing don’t put your health on the line with them
CRNP MPOFU is very thorough, very knowledgeable in her profession, very kind and answered my questions with great explanations. Very professional and very friendly. Down to earth and made me feel very comfortable during my visit.
