Dr. Sophia Decambre

Sophia Morisseau DeCambre, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center with extensive experience providing comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents. Her clinical expertise includes preventive and well-childcare, management of acute illnesses, vaccinations, medication management, and minor pediatric procedures.

Dr. DeCambre earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She also holds dual undergraduate degrees in Chemical Science and Psychology from Hunter College.

Throughout her career, Dr. DeCambre has practiced in community health centers, private practices, and urgent care settings in New York and Florida, providing both routine and urgent pediatric care. Her experience includes caring for children across a broad range of healthcare needs and supporting families through every stage of childhood.
