Stephanie Halper

I view therapy as an opportunity for personal growth and understanding while working towards making change. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their needs and identify goals, which I see as being unique to each client. I have experience working with a variety of client issues in various treatment settings. I aim to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients to grow in their awareness of the patterns and systems in their lives, as well as how these may be affecting them. In doing so, I hope to support clients in feeling empowered to make progress towards their goals. I am currently working with individuals, couples, and families, offering in-person and virtual sessions. I am excited to offer a variety of options for in-person treatment, including equine-assisted therapy and nature based therapy.
