Stephanie has been thouroughly trained in evidence-based practices and integrates Dialectical Behavior Thearpy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Meditation with esoteric and spiritual modalities including Brainspotting and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.
