As a provider I believe healing begins with having a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. With a calm, open-minded, and often humorous approach, I work to make therapy feel approachable. I believe everyone already carries strengths within themselves, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover those strengths, gain new perspectives, and move toward greater peace and well-being. My approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and holistic. I believe you already have strengths and abilities within you, and my role is to walk alongside you as you uncover them, build confidence, and find solutions that feel authentic to your life. I believe unconditional care and respect are essential to the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a peaceful space where you can feel supported without judgment.
