For nearly 40 years, we have proudly served the communities of Southeast Queens and Red Hook, Brooklyn, providing high-quality, community-based healthcare for generations of families. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to expanding access to coordinated, patient-centered care regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.

We also provide women's health and family planning services, pediatric care, and dental and oral health services for the whole family. Patients also have access to behavioral health, podiatry, and pharmacy services at JPAFHC, and telehealth appointments are available to help make patient care more accessible.
