Dr. Tiffany Chuang, OD

Tiffany Chuang, OD, is a patient-focused and compassionate optometrist at Diablo Eye Associates in Walnut Creek, California, who is deeply committed to helping her patients achieve their best possible vision and lifelong ocular health. With a warm and approachable style, she strives to ensure every patient feels genuinely cared for and valued during their visit.

Dr. Chuang earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry. She completed her residency at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, focusing on comprehensive primary care and ocular disease. 

Dr. Chuang’sChuang’s career reflects a well-rounded clinical background. She previously served as a clinic director at an ophthalmology practice focused on LASIK and has taught future eye care professionals as a clinical assistant professor at her alma mater, Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry, seeing patients through community health clinics. Dedicated to expanding access to care, she has also provided mobile eye examinations for nursing home residents and school-aged children.
