Very solid experience, professional, no wasted time, to the point and thorough, no nonsense. I don’t mind the calls, but the process associated with required testing could be better. I would like to see a standing time and date established for the testing, as there is for our medical zoom calls. For those of us that work, having a scheduled time and date is important
Tracy is full of information, kind and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. The whole process was honestly stress free and convenient. I would recommend to anyone trying to get clean, or stay clean… it don’t matter Tracy Saunders is the answer.
