Vikramjeet (Vik) Saini, MD, is dual board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management. At Advanced Pain Management, located throughout Arizona, Dr. Saini provides a comprehensive physiatric approach to treating pain with the goal of restoring and maximizing function.
He completed his residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and his fellowship at the University of Rochester in upstate New York. Dr. Saini has also spent time training at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Temple University Hospital.
Dr. Saini offers a multimodal approach that has been proven to be effective in treating chronic pain. This is a personalized approach to pain management that includes medication(s), physical rehabilitation, lifestyle changes, psychology, advanced pain interventions, surgery (when warranted), and complementary and alternative medicine in various combinations.
He is well trained in a variety of interventional techniques to treat the spine, peripheral joints, and other causes of chronic pain. This includes newer minimally invasive techniques that can prevent surgery, such as lumbar spinal stenosis decompression, sacroiliac joint fusion, and spinal cord stimulation implantation. He believes it is a very exciting time for pain management as technology continues to advance and looks forward to providing his patients with these cutting-edge developments.
In his free time, Dr. Saini enjoys playing a variety of sports, including basketball and tennis. As a Wisconsin native, he is a proud Green Bay Packers fan and can be seen watching the games wearing his cheese head. He loves spending time with his wife and two children and traveling the world.

Last Optcipical Nerve Blocks went very well. I hope the treatment stays as consistent as this last visit, atleast for awhile. I have been a patient here at Advanced Pain for 4 or more years and there is only one person left in the whole building that was there when I started as a patient. Which means sooooo much change and turn over and a long with the changes in staff comes changes in treatment from Dr's, NPs, MAs, Anesthesiologist, and front desk employees. That being said, right now there seems to be a good team, and a good consistent flow from all directions, so I'm hoping it stays that way...atleast for a little while. A special shout out to the front office peeps! They are the first and last caring faces I see each time I am there and I greatly appreciate their smiles and all the kindness they all radiate!
Dr. Saini relieved my fears about my procedure and kept up chatter to distract me from what was going on. He was very gentle and caring, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Saini is the kindest and most caring person I've met. He describes everything hes going to do during the procedure and makes sure you are comfortable. I'm not so trusting of doctors, but Dr Saini is the best.

I had a shot in my back last Thursday it supposed to last a year. It's supposed to kick in in 2 weeks. So, I've heargreat reviews about it. I We'll see in two weeks.

Dr Saini was very nice and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything to me before the procedure and put me at ease. I'm just not sure whether this will help my lower back pain. I had the temporary nerve block,...I felt some discomfort and tenderness last evening. I was told to evaluate how my back felt for two hours after the procedure to see whether the Ablation will be successful in two weeks. I guess I will just plan on talking to Dr Saini. I liked him a lot.
