Book online for care from home, including urgent concerns (cold/flu, sinus symptoms, allergies, rashes, UTI symptoms when appropriate), chronic condition management (diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol), preventive care and health planning, mental health support, medication refills, work/school notes, and care coordination. You’ll receive a focused evaluation, clear next steps, and a practical treatment plan from the same physician each visit. If in-person care, labs, imaging, or a specialist is needed, we will direct you appropriately. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows incur a $50 fee. Not for emergencies; call 911 or go to the ER for severe symptoms.
