Yvette is truly the provider I’ve been searching for. She takes the time to actually listen to me, never makes me feel rushed, and genuinely makes me feel heard and seen. I’ve never felt like just another patient with her. She takShow morees my concerns seriously, listens without judgment, and makes me feel comfortable being open and honest. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a provider quite like her, and I’m so grateful to have found someone who makes me feel this understood and supported.
The appointment online was very convenient and obviously a time saver. It was especially good for me because of my hearing that I could hear her very well by adjusting the volume. I was able to take notes more conveniently while eShow morenjoying a cup of coffee. As usual FNP-C Planes did an excellent job in explaining and evaluating my blood test results and recommending some adjustments in my prescription and various other items. Overall a great session.

She is great fully vested in your care. One of the best Dr I have ever encountered.
Other practitioners should take lessons from Yvette! She listens. Gives her full attention. Looks at me in the eye and not down at a tablet. She is patient and she is thorough. And her office staff is terrific too. They answer the phones when I call! They respond quickly and they are warm and welcoming. I couldn’t be any happier with this entire practice.
