This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had with a provider to date. My concerns were not respected or valued. It was not until I mentioned I was also a medical professional that my concerns were taken a bit more seriously. Bu that I mean he actually examined me and did not just stand back hearing me speak. However, in telling him my profession, he laughed, asking what I would do for a patient who came in presenting the problems I had come to him with. Unprofessional to say least

This is my second time going to Apple urgent care and I was extremely pleased. The assistant was very polite and quick and taking all my vitals as well as asking me my reason for visiting. I was unseen by the attending physician who methodically asked me detailed questions and then further explained why he was prescribing me a medication’s. He was able to answer any questions and most importantly I was able to get the prescriptions filled and I will be able to go to work tomorrow! I recommend!
