Worst provider, he apparently doesn’t believe in medicine. He told me he doesn’t believe in strep testing, when I told him my throat hurt so bad he said no to strep testing, also said medicine is really not needed.

If I could leave a zero review I would, not only did they not have the essentials for my visit but they also sent my prescription to several different pharmacies. Worst experience here at this location. The Coachella location is amazing!!! But this one was horrible I won’t be coming back here.
I was not able to understand the doctors voice , he had a mask and he also has a strong accent . Not very friendly, sort of tired and not happy about it . I hope I don't need to go to urgent care again and if I do I hope to get another doctor.
We went in the morning on a Saturday as soon as we noticed our little girl’s symptoms, we’ve waited for the prescription just to be told it’s never been sent out TWICE and the pharmacy is about to close now. This isn’t even the first time this specific situation has happened to us!! Provider is nice but it’s like once his patients are gone it’s out of sight out of mind.

After a very long wait, transferred to the room and waited longer, finally see the Dr. for two minutes to say you need to go to emergency room. His tone and bedside manners lacked in many ways. Currently looking for a new urgent care facility.

This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had with a provider to date. My concerns were not respected or valued. It was not until I mentioned I was also a medical professional that my concerns were taken a bit more seriously. Bu that I mean he actually examined me and did not just stand back hearing me speak. However, in telling him my profession, he laughed, asking what I would do for a patient who came in presenting the problems I had come to him with. Unprofessional to say least
