Dr. Darcy Trenkle is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with a strong commitment to integrative, evidence-based care. She has extensive experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and supporting individuals through complex life transitions. Dr. Trenkle brings nearly a decade of leadership across inpatient, outpatient, and telepsychiatric settings, most recently serving as Medical Director for Behavioral Health at Avel eCare.
She completed her medical degree and residency at Loma Linda University, where she later served on faculty as Medical Director of Interventional Psychiatry and led physician wellness initiatives. She is passionate about building collaborative, respectful partnerships with patients and personalizing care to their individual goals and values. Dr. Trenkle has a strong interest in interventional psychiatry, including TMS and ketamine therapy, and is dedicated to expanding access to these innovative treatment options.
A recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Trenkle is thrilled to join the Pacific Phoenix team. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and cheering at baseball games with her family.

His background as an intensive care charge nurse and health services administrator has equipped him with strong clinical, administrative, and communication skills that enhance continuity of care.
Henry's career also includes leadership roles at Skagit County Detention Center and South Correctional Entity in Washington State, where he oversaw patient care programs, initiated MAT services, and partnered with community organizations to support mental health treatment. Fluent in both English and French, he is passionate about building trust with patients and families while guiding them toward greater stability and wellness.
With expertise in psychiatric crisis care, behavioral health management, and evidence-based treatment, Henry is committed to helping patients understand their unique health needs and empowering them to achieve meaningful improvements in their mental health and overall quality of life.
