Born and raised in stunning Sonoma County, Aisha earned her degree at the prestigious Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute and became a licensed aesthetician in 2020. A true professional, she ran her own spa called Nour Skin Co. in Texas with great success for four years before moving back to the Bay Area.

Lindsey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with youth and families for over 10 years. She was the first licensed psychotherapist to work at Ocean Psychiatry and brings over 10 years of experience in the field of Mental Health. Allison has expertise in working with people who have adult ADHD, autism, traumatic brain injury, phobias, hospice and end of life grief, first responder challenges, and adoption and foster care issues, to name a few.
