I aspire to support both my clients and their families to reach their goals of becoming effective and functional communicators in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment. My assessment and intervention plans utilize and are based on evidence-based practices, foundational knowledge, clinical expertise and ultimately what works best for each child. Each assessment and intervention plan is individualized to the client’s current skills, incorporating personal interests, while building on a foundation of strong rapport. Intervention plans include collaboration with other professionals and family members, which is an essential aspect of providing the most effective intervention. Speech language pathology is an ever-evolving field; I am always incorporating new research and knowledge into my clinical practice.
My passions include childhood apraxia of speech, speech sound disorders, and feeding therapy.
I look forward to working with you and your child!
“We love the energy Jess has when it comes to engaging with our child. It's wonderful to come into such a happy place with people who are passionate about their work!”

Hello! I am originally from the area so when I graduated with my Master’s Degree from Marquette University, I knew I wanted to serve my hometown community.
I love pediatric speech pathology because it is like working as a team with family members and other professionals to help each child achieve their goals. No day is the same in this field and I love that. Each child learns differently, so I strive to modify each speech session to each child’s interests and needs. This helps them achieve their goals inside and outside the clinic and to become functional communicators across all settings. I love collaborating with family members and other professionals to work together towards our goals for the patient.
“Did a great job with my son. At his first visit he was so comfortable with her he went back all by himself and it was a great first visit. Looking forward to more therapy and seeing him improve with from her knowledge and skillset!”

“Sally truly connects with my son. She has helped us so much as a family work with my son outside of therapy. He is flourishing and she is a big piece of his growth!”

Hi there! My name is Ashley Mogensen, and I am a speech therapist here at Therapy Time for K.I.D.S.
Some of my interests include infant and pediatric feeding disorders, apraxia of speech, and augmentative communication. I also enjoy working with those in the Down syndrome and autism communities. Along with my degree, I have received training in PROMPT, Beckman Oral Motor, SOS Approach to Feeding, Myofunctional Therapy and various courses related to infant feeding difficulties. I also have training and knowledge of TOTS (tethered oral tissue), and have experience in school and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) settings.
My professional philosophy is "All children are unique, so assessment and treatment must mirror their individual qualities. When working with a child, we need to be compassionate and offer them a safe space while taking their likes and dislikes into consideration for the most successful outcome."
“Ashley is so good with my daughter. She can be picky who she works with and never looked back when switching to Ashley. We have seen so much improvement in the last 3 months I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Ashley!”
I completed my master's degree from the University of Northern Iowa and grew up in the Fox Cities. In my free time, I love running, reading, spending time with family, watching sports, being on the lake with my dog, and binge-watching Netflix.
Being a speech-language pathologist has been my dream since I was 18 years old. Working with families and other professionals feels like being on a team, where every member has a role to play in achieving the common goal of making the child successful. It's a fulfilling experience when we all work together to reach the child's objectives.
“Sadie has been with us since day one of my son’s speech journey. She is always positive and always seeing the best in him. She celebrates victories with us and offers encouragement when we feel “stuck.” My son ADORES Ms. Sadie and is excited each morning I tell him it’s a speech day. Sadie encourages speech through play and this makes all the difference - whatever my son is into that day, she creatively uses it to work towards his goals. We LOVE having Sadie on our team ~ thank you TTFK!”
