About Kenya Crafton, FNP-BC
Kenya Crafton is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner focused on the intersection of hormonal health, metabolic function, and physical performance for active adults and athletes. She works with patients navigating perimenopause-related declines in recovery, body composition, and training capacity — testosterone deficiency affecting muscle retention, energy, and competitive drive — PCOS-driven insulin resistance and metabolic inflexibility — GLP-1 weight management paired with body recomposition — and musculoskeletal conditions including chronic tendinopathy, post-operative recovery, and persistent soft tissue injury. Each condition is approached comprehensively — using functional lab analysis, body composition data, and individualized clinical protocols that address the root cause rather than the symptom. At KC Performance, care is built around your biology. Not a generic plan. A system.
