Abby is a passionate and dedicated Physician Assistant at Emcura, bringing her clinical interests in preventative medicine, wellness, and behavioral health to her patients. With her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Central Michigan University and her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, Abby has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the healthcare field.
Prior to joining Emcura, Abby worked as an Exercise Physiologist at an outpatient cardiac rehab facility, where she monitored post-cardiac event patients during exercise and administered exercise stress tests. Her experience in this role has given her a unique perspective on patient care and has shaped her approach to preventative medicine.
Abby's is a DOT Medical Examiner which allows her to certify and recertify CDL drivers in clinic, ensuring that they are safe and healthy on the road. When she's not working, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors and with her loved ones.
