Partner Program · Referral Partners

Grow together through a two-way referral partnership

Built for established companies that serve independent practices, the Tebra Referral Partner Program creates opportunities for both businesses. Refer qualified opportunities to each other, collaborate on marketing, and reach more practices together.

The best partnerships work both ways

The Tebra Referral Partner Program is designed for established companies whose products or services complement our platform and serve the same independent practices.

You're likely a great fit if...
.
  • You offer products or services that complement Tebra, such as supplies, real estate, financing, or credentialing

  • You serve an established base of independent practices

  • Your sales and marketing teams have the capacity to actively support the partnership

  • You can identify practices you could refer to Tebra within the next six months

  • You're prepared to build the partnership over time, with referral activity typically growing over the first six months

It may not be the right fit if…
.
  • You're primarily looking for Tebra to provide leads without referring opportunities in return

  • You operate a directory or pay-per-lead business

  • Your product or service directly competes with Tebra

  • You're looking to build a software integration with Tebra (see our Integrator program)

  • You're looking for an occasional referral arrangement rather than an active, ongoing partnership

Getting started

How the partnership works

Getting started is a conversation, not an application: we start by exploring fit, then build a plan together for how we'll work as partners.

1

Make sure there’s a fit

Meet with our team to explore the opportunity, identify shared goals, and make sure the partnership makes sense for both sides.
2

Build your partnership plan

Agree on the referral structure, shared goals, and how we'll introduce the partnership to our customers.
3

Start working together

Launch joint marketing efforts, prepare both sales teams, and begin referring qualified opportunities to each other.
4

Review and grow

Review results against shared goals each quarter and identify new opportunities to grow the partnership.
