Before opening his practice, Two River Asthma and Allergy Group in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, Dr. Yang spent many years providing asthma and allergy care throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
After earning his Doctor of Medicine at Shanghai Medical University in Shanghai, China, Dr. Yang relocated to the United States to complete his pediatric internship at Miami Children’s Hospital in Florida. He completed his pediatric residency at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and the Tod Children’s Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio.
To continue his medical training, Dr. Yang relocated to Memphis to complete his fellowship in allergy and immunology at the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences.

Richard E. Luka, MD, is a board-certified allergist and immunologist committed to providing the highest quality care to adult and pediatric patients in and around Clark, Garfield, and Clifton, New Jersey.
