“After a year of working with her, I was unexpectedly dropped by her due to cancellations some of which were caused by her scheduling conflicts or technical errors (I was sent the wrong appointment times multiple times and made the organization aware of this error). I was never warned or given a chance to correct this. While she is a great therapist, the way this was handled was disappointing. New clients should be aware of the very strict policy and lack of communication.”
