Hi, I’m Ashley. I believe that therapy should be a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, rooted in curiosity, empathy, and thoughtful exploration, and focused on helping you make sense of your experiences in meaningful ways. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients as they navigate grief, loss, and personal growth. I often draw from evidence-based practices while incorporating a creative and reflective lens to help uncover patterns, build insight, and strengthen resilience. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your inner world and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My path to becoming a clinician has been shaped by diverse cultural and experiential influences. I spent much of my twenties living and working abroad in Asia and South America, teaching and immersing myself in different languages and communities. These experiences deepened my understanding of resilience, identity, and the ways environment and culture influence wellness.
I completed my clinical training in community mental health in Wyoming, working with individuals experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR and work with first responders and others exposed to high-stress environments. My approach integrates EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, and person-centered therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual’s values, strengths, and intrinsic motivation for change.
Outside of clinical work, I draw inspiration from recreation and enjoy kayaking, mountain biking, and trail running, practices that reinforce presence, adaptability, and growth.
Hi, I’m Maria. Have you ever felt alone in your pain, wishing you had someone kind and understanding to talk to—someone who truly listens and helps you find answers that work for you? That’s precisely why I became a counselor: to walk alongside people who are hurting and help them find hope and healing.

My approach is empathetic, practical, and solution-focused. I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S), as well as a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. My experience spans community mental health centers and work with military populations.
