I am a retired Major in the United States Army with 23 years of military service. I have dedicated my career to supporting soldiers and their families.
I believe everyone deserves to live a life of peace, purpose, and positivity. My commitment is to help you get there. I have spent the past few years helping children and adolescents work through serious mental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. With tailored treatment plans, each youth and family unit achieved their individual goals. As well as having the opportunity to work within a military-specific treatment program designed to meet the complex needs of active-duty service members with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including substance abuse and other behavioral health issues. The program aimed to build resilience in soldiers through consistent leader engagement and innovative coping mechanisms.
My civilian education includes a master's in counseling and, currently, a PhD student in Psychological Studies.

“Nicole Knight totally listens to my needs. She offers great advice. I would highly recommend her. It’s a shame that she is leaving. I’m going to miss her. I can’t believe the reasoning behind her departure. I hope the next NP I see is as understanding and respectful as Nicole. Big loss for Pain Care.”
