Dr. Zia Ahmadzada completed his undergraduate education at the University of New York at Albany in 1997. He then went on to receive, in 2002, a doctorate of dental medicine (DMD) at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, one of the oldest dental schools in the United States. As the second largest dental school in America, with a class size of approximately 190 students each, it has an excellent reputation, and it is renowned as a center for academic and clinical excellence. While at Tufts, Dr. Ahmadzada was recognized for attaining the Dean’s list for outstanding achievement and high performance on the National Board of Dentistry. He was also awarded an Endowed Prize Award for Ethics. She entered the dental program at the University of Maryland’s College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland, and she graduated with a doctor of dental surgery degree in 2000. The dental program at the University of Maryland is the oldest dental college in the world and the only dental school in Maryland, graduating top notch doctors for many decades. After graduation, Dr. Bae joined Dulles Dental Group and has remained with the organization for the last 16 years.
