Dr. Donovan Kearns is a board-certified dermatologist that joined the practice in fall of 2025. He completed both his medical school education as well as his dermatology residency at Loma Linda University in Southern California, where he had extensive training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Before beginning residency, he completed a year-long Research Fellowship with the Dermatology Research and Education Foundation in California, focusing on inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and other related diseases.

Dr. Kearns has authored over 30 peer reviewed publications across leading dermatology journals and has contributed to research on new and emerging treatments for inflammatory skin diseases. He has presented his work at national meetings and has been recognized for academic excellence, including his induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
His academic interests include inflammatory skin conditions, autoimmune disease, pediatric dermatology and the holistic management of skin disease.

Bharati Chittineni, MD, known as "Dr. C", is a board-certified Dermatologist practicing in the Chicago Suburbs since 2002. Dr. C was born in California and raised in Oklahoma before coming to Illinois. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Structural Biology at the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana and received her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Rockford. Dr. C completed an internship at Ravenswood Medical Center and then completed her residency in Dermatology at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2002 and joined Midwest Dermatology Center the same year 

Dr. C is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Chicago Dermatological Society, Illinois State Medical Society, Dermatology Foundation, and American Medical Association. Vidhi Shah, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist who has been practicing general dermatology with Lotus Dermatology since 2022. She has lived in the Tampa Bay area her entire life and enjoys the opportunity to give back to her community.

Dr. Shah graduated from the International Baccalaureate Program at Hillsborough High School in Tampa, Florida. She then received her undergraduate and medical degree in the accelerated 6 Year Combined B.A./M.D. Program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in Kansas City, Missouri. She also completed a one-year clinical research fellowship in medical dermatology with the Dr. Phillip Frost Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. 

Dr. Shah completed her dermatology residency at the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Juliana Williams, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology services at West Derm Center’s Riverdale office in the Bronx, New York. 

Juliana has 10 years of experience in clinical trials. She served as a sub-investigator for trials on device studies, inpatient and outpatient studies, and first-in-man studies, and was responsible for the subjects of the clinical trials throughout. The studies covered areas such topics as diabetes, schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s disease, cold sores, antioxidants, and insomnia.

James Mauch, MD, PhD, FAAD, is a board certified dermatologist at Lotus Dermatology who practices general dermatology. Dr. Mauch has been in private practice in Florida for nearly 25 years after finishing his training in dermatology.

 

Dr. Mauch grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and went to Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee.  He completed his MD and his PhD in Biochemistry at Loma Linda University in California, followed by a medical internship also at Loma Linda University.  Dr. Mauch completed his dermatology residency and fellowship training in dermatopathology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.  Dr. Mauch was a chief resident during his last year of residency.

Philip Fried, MD, is the medical director at West Derm Center, which he originally founded in 1991. Under Dr. Fried’s expert guidance, the practice has grown to six New York locations, one each in White Plains, New Rochelle, and Yonkers, and their Bronx offices in Pelham Gardens and Riverdale. Dr. Burk is a board-certified dermatologist with 40 years of experience diagnosing and treating both garden-variety and rare, complex dermatologic disorders.

A graduate of Duke University Medical School, Dr. Burk served for many years as Head of the Division of Dermatology at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where he continues to instruct residents and fellows as a volunteer teaching attending.

Dr. Burk was also an assistant professor and co-director of the Dermatology Training Program at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Burk received postgraduate training at top-tier institutions, including Harvard Medical School, the University of Pittsburgh, and the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, where he conducted research on DNA repair mechanisms.
