Dr. Zand is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Mohs Surgery, and a member of the Women’s Dermatologic Society, Pacific Dermatology Association, and the Marin Medical Society. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and has served on the Medical Staff at Marin General Hospital. She has had the honor of being chosen for the Howard Hughes Research Fellowship and Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, for her commitment to research and community service.
A native of SoCal, Dr. Zand lives in Mill Valley with her loving husband and two young daughters. She enjoys immersing in the beauty and awe of nature, hiking, river rafting, van glamping, paddle boarding, singing and playing guitar around a campfire, swing dancing, and growing organic veggies. Artistically, she loves oil painting, jewelry making, and sculpting beautiful faces.
