Rafael Santiago, MD, MBA, is an emergency medical specialist with more than 20 years of experience working with patients at the Regenerative Sport, Spine and Spa in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Santiago believes in treating the source of the pain rather than just the symptoms, providing more options than generic pharmaceuticals and corticosteroids.
Dr. Santiago attended the University of Rochester in New York, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in pre-medical studies. During his undergraduate work, Dr. Santiago was an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon, greatly enhancing his education experience and offering valuable lessons not otherwise learned inside the classroom.
After earning his bachelor’s, Dr. Santiago obtained his doctorate from the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He also completed an emergency medicine internship and residency while enrolled.
Since completing his doctorate, Dr. Santiago has worked for several hospital systems throughout the southern United States as an emergency physician. Some include the Callaway Community Hospital in Fulton, Missouri, the Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri, and the Medical Center of Trinity in Trinity, Florida.
After gaining nearly a decade of hands-on experience, Dr. Santiago returned to higher education in 2014 and obtained a health care MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Santiago believes in addressing concerns and promoting wellness with three key pillars: interventional pain management, bioidentical hormone therapy, and external aesthetics through the medspa. With this approach, Dr. Santiago is confident patients will significantly boost their quality of life.
When not treating patients, Dr. Santiago enjoys spending time at rock concerts with his son and exploring the United States through various concert venues. His favorite bands include Pearl Jam, Kiss, and Van Halen.
Manuel Colon Mendez, MD, MBA, is a board-certified physician specializing in emergency medicine and providing over four decades of expertise to patients at the Regenerative Sport, Spine and Spa in Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Mendez obtained his medical degree from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma De Puebla Escuela De Medicina in Puebla, Mexico. Dr. Mendez’s time in a foreign country helped him experience various healthcare systems while developing a better understanding of how geography changes the accessibility and diagnosis landscapes.
After completing his medical degree, Dr. Mendez attended a residency program at the Puerto Rico Medical Center in Puerto Rico, an affiliate of the University of Puerto Rico. He recognized a passion for emergency medicine during his enrollment and completed his residency, focusing on spine and joint injections.
Dr. Mendez continued on the path of emergency medicine, obtaining over four decades of experience with a personal interest in regenerative medicine and hormone replacement therapy. He received additional training and education in stem cell therapy, advanced cosmetics, and age management medicine to be more well-rounded in these domains.
Dr. Mendez believes that a positive outlook, paired with a healthy diet and lifestyle, helps prevent unwanted illness, and regenerative medicine further aids a healing body.
When not spending time with patients, Dr. Mendez’s biggest priority is his family. He also enjoys playing the guitar, cooking, and traveling. His biggest motto in life is “never stop learning,” and he encourages his patients to do the same.

Dana Kleinman, DO, is an experienced doctor of osteopathic medicine at the Regenerative Sport, Spine and Spa in Orlando, Florida. Originally hailing from Israel, Dr. Kleinman enjoys helping patients with any concern, no matter how challenging.
Dr. Kleinman obtained a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Here, she obtained essential knowledge that set the foundation for her continuing education.
Afterward, she attended Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she obtained a master’s degree in biomedical science. Dr. Kleinman continued to pursue higher education and obtained her medical degree also from Nova Southeastern University.
After completing her residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida, Dr. Kleinman worked for several hospital systems as an attending physician in emergency medicine, providing excellent care to her patients. Some of these hospitals include the HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida, and the Baycare Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, Florida.
Dr. Kleinman takes a particular interest in hormone replacement therapy and educating patients on the benefits of hormonal balances. She has goals to grow the Regenerative Sport, Spine and Spa by encompassing more community and emphasizing the importance of regenerative medicine, hormones, and aesthetics.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Kleinman enjoys biking, hiking, and traveling, where she and Dr. Santiago often go together. She also likes fitness and particularly enjoys obstacle course runs like mud runs and spartans.

Robert Leposavic, MD, is a board-certified general dermatologist specializing in Mohs micrographic surgery. He is a board-certified Mohs surgeon with certification in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. He currently sees patients at LUX Dermatology, located in Sparks, Nevada, and with offices across California in Stockton, Manteca, Santa Barbara, Porterville, Hanford, and Visalia.
Dr. Leposavic earned his Bachelor of Science in chemistry, graduating summa cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley. He then attended the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he obtained his medical degree. He then completed an internal medicine residency at the University of California, Davis Medical Center, and a dermatology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Before becoming a dermatologist, Dr. Leposavic was a Chemical Engineer at IBM in San Jose, California, for four years, where he developed thin-film magnetic heads and received four Outstanding Achievement awards.
He began practicing dermatology in 2000 in Topeka, Kansas, and has since been practicing in California and Nevada. Dr. Leposavic practiced dermatology for sixteen years at the Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic in Santa Barbara, California. In 2005, he became a partner of Desert Dermatology in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In addition to practicing dermatology, Dr. Leposavic has given presentations and multiple lectures on a variety of topics, such as mast cells and Basophil, the molecular mechanisms of cell signaling and dermatology. He was also a Principal Investigator for the Enbrel EASE Study from 2004 to 2005.
Dr. Leposavic is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society, and Santa Barbara Medical Society.
