Nadine Beltran, PA-C, MPAP is a physician assistant with a focus on dermatology as well as extensive experience in family medicine and acute care.

Nadine graduated from Keck School of Medicine of USC Physician Assistant Program and has been a board-certified PA since in 2016. Nadine’s expertise is focused on acne, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, skin cancer screening, microneedling, chemical peels, lasers, botox, fillers, as well as preventative care. She is passionate about dermatology and caring for her patients. Personally trained by Dr. Raoof & the RAOOF MD Dermatology providers, Nadine is thrilled to provide excellent dermatological care to the Los Angeles community.

She was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She speaks Spanish fluently. On her spare time, Nadine enjoys working out, sporting events, traveling, spending time with her family and fur babies. Nadine’s goal is to provide the best individualized medical and cosmetic treatment for each one of her patients.

As a doctor with many years of experience in internal medicine, Dr. Raoof has performed extensive research when it comes to the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension or high blood pressure. Dr. Raoof uses state of the art tools and treatment options to better serve his patients. In addition to Dr. Raoof's background in internal medicine, his practice also focuses on medical and cosmetic dermatology services. Services range from skin cancer treatment, psoriasis, and hair loss, to injectables, fillers, and laser treatments. Dr. Raoof is proud to offer RAOOF MD Dermatology's specially formulated skin care product line to meet each patient’s individual needs. Additionally, the Encino Research Center is located at RAOOF MD Dermatology, where patients can participate in clinical trials covering various conditions.

Michelle Banayan, PA-C, MSPA is a Physician Assistant with a focus in dermatology, primary care, and clinical research.

Michelle graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern California University of Health Sciences where she learned the importance of both medical and holistic approaches to health. Trained personally by Dr. Raoof and NP Rebecca Raoof, Michelle’s expertise is focused on eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, skin cancer screening, microneedling, chemical peels, lasers, acne, rashes, and thyroid function. She is an advocate for preventative medicine and always promotes routine screening exams for her patients. Michelle is a great listener and makes sure each patient has a personalized treatment plan.  

Rebecca Raoof, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in cosmetic and general dermatology. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 3 states: California, New York and New Jersey. Rebecca’s clinical expertise is focused on acne, acne scars, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, skin cancer screening, chemical peels, Botox, fillers, lasers, microneedling, PRP and performing excisions for cysts and skin cancer. Her calm demeanor and friendly approach make her easily approachable by her patients. With her deep passion for the Dermatology field, Rebecca enthusiastically strives to help each individual patient achieve the best cosmetic and medical treatment available and educates about skin cancer prevention.

Rebecca received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied psychology. She later went on to receive her second Bachelor's in Nursing as well as her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner at Columbia University in the city of New York. She continued her focused education in Dermatology under the tutelage of Dr. David Goldberg of Skin Laser and Surgery Specialists of NY and NJ where she completed her Dermatology Fellowship. There she gained a profound knowledge of cosmetic and medical dermatology as well as an understanding of the use of lasers.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys cooking, crafting, hiking, spending time with her family and her golden doodle, Hudson, and watching the Mindy Project. Rebecca is thrilled to join her father’s practice and excited to provide excellent dermatological care to the Los Angeles community.

Radha Mikkilineni, MD, FAAD, is glad to be the current director of dermatopathology at All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center. She has over 10 years of experience in dermatopathology and clinical dermatology, and makes her patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visits to the Glen Cove and Garden City, New York practice.

A graduate of Georgetown Medical School, Dr. Mikkilineni was an intern at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and completed her residency in dermatology at Case Western Reserve-University Hospitals. She then went on to her fellowship at New York University.

Dr. Mikkilineni is proud to be dual-board-certified in dermatology and dermatopathology. With a passion for involvement in the academic community, she is currently a clinical assistant professor of dermatology in the Department of Dermatology at Columbia University. Dr. Mikkilineni welcomes a wide variety of patients and ensures that they receive the services that are right for their specific situation.

Board-certified dermatologist Patrick Keehan, DO, is the owner and primary provider at Keehan Dermatology in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Keehan prioritizes patient satisfaction and works hard to help each of his patients define specific, achievable goals for their treatment. He spends one-on-one time with them to develop a personalized treatment plan specific to their needs and preferences.

Dr. Keehan attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Soon after graduating, he was a structural design engineer for four years at Vought Aircraft Industries Inc. in Dallas, Texas. In 2001, he earned his Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University in Dallas. In 2005, he earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth.

During his time in medical school, Dr. Keehan was awarded the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association’s Student Doctor of the Year award. He completed an internship in Fort Worth at Plaza Medical Center before completing his fellowship and residency in dermatology at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Duncanville, Texas. He was chief resident during his final year there.

Today, Dr. Keehan holds active memberships with the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, Dallas/Fort Worth Dermatological Society, and Texas Dermatological Society. From 2014-2019, he was an officer in the Fort Worth Dermatological Society and from 2018-2019, he was president. Through these organizations, he accumulates important information and techniques to bring to his patients at Keehan Dermatology.
