For example it took four months for them to send me a doctor’s note for my Flexible Spending Account reimbursement. They are very sweet and fast at saying “yes they will” but don’t follow through. Yesterday, I had requested that they email the receipt for my payment; it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten it. It takes several iterations before they actually deliver.
