Dr. Egesi is the owner of Humble Dermatology and was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with a BSc. in Biology and was inducted into the Golden Key Honor Society. She earned a chance at the internationally recognized Baylor College of Medicine for her medical education where she also graduated top of her class. She completed her internship and residency in dermatology at the University of Cincinnati and served as chief resident and became a board-certified dermatologist. Living in Ohio afforded her the pleasure of the breathtaking beauty of the four seasons in their climate and how to survive the winter among other things. She moved back home after her residency to Humble, Texas to become the first dermatologist to practice in the area. Dr. Egesi also received her MBA from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She is an expert in all aspects of dermatology including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology with special interest and highly skilled in the treatment alopecia (hair loss) and complex dermatological cases. Samantha earned her Master of Science in nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner post-master's degree at Columbia University, and is currently working on her clinical Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Columbia University with a focus in dermatology.
