Leon Chen, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas McGovern Medical School at Houston. Douglass W. Forsha, MD, is an experienced dermatologist who has practiced since 1991 in the southwest suburbs of Salt Lake City and currently has his clnic at Jordan Valley Dermatology Center in South Jordan, UT.  

He was born in Omaha, Nebraska.  He attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University, earning a BA degree in Asian studies in 1979.  He then attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, obtaining his Doctor of Medicine degree in May 1985.  He continued at Vanderbilt to complete a one-year internship in internal medicine.  Dr. Forsha completed a residency in dermatology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago in June 1989.  He then practiced for 2 years in Aiken, South Carolina.
