Jesse Vos, PA-C is a skilled provider at North Pacific Dermatology in Crescent City, California. 

Jesse graduated from the University of California, Irvine. He then went on to earn his master’s at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Practicing medicine as a physician assistant since 2008, Jesse’s initial training and certification were in family medicine. Leon Chen, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas McGovern Medical School at Houston. Kelly A. Kinsley, MD is a skilled physician and founder of North Pacific Dermatology.

Douglass W. Forsha, MD, is an experienced dermatologist who has practiced since 1991 in the southwest suburbs of Salt Lake City and currently has his clnic at Jordan Valley Dermatology Center in South Jordan, UT.  

He was born in Omaha, Nebraska.  He attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University, earning a BA degree in Asian studies in 1979.  He then attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, obtaining his Doctor of Medicine degree in May 1985.  He continued at Vanderbilt to complete a one-year internship in internal medicine.  Dr. Forsha completed a residency in dermatology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago in June 1989.  He then practiced for 2 years in Aiken, South Carolina.
