Dr. Brazen is a native Floridian from Clearwater, FL. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Florida State University before moving back home to complete his Master's degree in Medical Sciences at the University of South Florida. Dr. Brazen went on to complete medical school at Nova Southeastern University, and subsequently stayed in Southeast Florida to complete his three-year Dermatology Residency at Broward Health Medical Center.
There he received extensive training in general and complex medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, medical hair restoration, laser surgery, injectable fillers, and Botox. During his residency, Dr. Brazen was elected to serve as a chief resident, an honor awarded to the top residents in their class. During his residency, Dr. Brazen published papers in many academic journals and served as Chair of the Resident Committee for the Florida Academy of Dermatology. Outside of the office, Dr. Brazen is an avid golfer, scuba diver, and fisherman. He loves to spend time with his family and their pet Sheepadoodle, Goose.
Ashley Llera is a board-certified Physician assistant who brings not only extensive dermatology experience but also a deep understanding of her native South Florida community. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is committed to providing exceptional care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of Miami, where she earned her degree in 2012 and was an active member of the TriBeta Biological Honor Society. She went on to complete her Physician Assistant education at Florida International University, graduating in 2017 as part of the inaugural class. Ashley’s accomplishments during her time at FIU include Capstone Research Gold Level Excellence, Second Overall Clinical Year Performance, and the Peer Award of Excellence.
With over 7 years of experience in dermatology, Ashley has worked alongside Dr. Joseph Seber in Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology. Her clinical expertise and compassionate approach to patient care have earned her the trust of many.
Ashley is also a Diplomate Fellow with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and serves as a preceptor for Physician Assistant students from Barry University, helping to shape the future of dermatology practice.
Joseph F Seber, MD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist at Luminary Dermatology. Dr Seber sees patients at the North Miami Beach, Florida location.
After earning his undergraduate degree from Rutgers and his medical degree from Boston University of Medicine, Dr Seber completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at U.S Public Heath Servies Hospital University of Maryland Medical Center. He completed his Residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
He will continue seeing patients in the same location in North Miami Beach where he has practiced since 1985.
Dr Seber is a member of several medical associations including the American Medical Association, The American Academy of Dermatology and the Dade County Medical Association.

Eric graduated from Weber State University with a double major Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Spanish. He graduated from Chatham University in 2012 with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Between earning those two degrees, Eric attended the University of Utah as a Biology Ph.D. candidate and among other courses, did student teaching in comparative vertebrate morphology and comparative physiology. He simultaneously taught undergraduate anatomy and biology courses at Weber State as adjunct faculty. He loves anything to do with vertebrate anatomy.
Prior to coming to NCDC, Eric worked as a surgical assistant for four years, and as a clinical PA for nearly 8 years in general neurology, particularly loving headache diagnosis and management, including using BOTOX for migraine, and pain management. His hobbies include skiing– water and snow; snowboarding, boating, camping, hiking, riding 4-wheelers, traveling, and Disney-ing. More than anything, he loves spending time with his wife Sheryl, and with their children and grandchildren.
Eric loves working in the field of dermatology, which he considers a dream-come-true position. He loves caring for patients and strives to make them feel welcome and comfortable and enjoys doing all dermatologic procedures.
Timothy E. Knight, MD is a dermatologist at North County Dermatology Clinic. Serving patients in Lakeland, Florida, he enjoys the problem-solution process in dermatology. When it comes to his patients, he views each person as an individual, fascinating mystery just waiting to be solved.
Dr. Knight has practiced dermatology for more than 30 years and is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed his internship in internal medicine at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. He also completed his dermatology residency at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore.
As a lifelong learner, Dr. Knight has published numerous research studies in peer-reviewed journals, and he has presented nationally. He previously served as an assistant professor at several medical schools, and he is currently an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University.
In addition to a medical degree, Dr. Knight earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. He has received many academic honors in the veterinary field, including the Clinic Volunteer of the Year Award from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals in 2003 and 2007. Dr. Knight is also a veteran of the United States Army, where he was a captain of the Medical Corps. Prior to the Army, Dr. Knight was an Airman First Class of the Missouri National Guard.
Dr. Knight generously participates in community service and has volunteered as a dermatologist with Talofa Medical Mission, where he provided charity medical services for two weeks yearly in Polynesia over a 10-year period. He has also been a weekly volunteer veterinarian for the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Lakeland.
