Dr. Nelson is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) by the the American Osteopathic Association upon the recommendation of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He completed his medical degree at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. After medical school, Dr. Nelson completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Largo Medical Center, Largo, FL.

Nurse practitioner Jeanie Menendez embarked her healthcare journey in the fast-paced work of Emergency Medicine and trauma in South Florida which cultivated resilience and expertise laying the foundation for commitment to patient care. She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Cornell University, conducted epidemiological research at the National Institutes of Health, and received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency and fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Girón is a Creighton Model/NaProTECHNOLOGY Medical Consultant and is working toward certification as a Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) Provider. She is also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and serves on the board of the Tampa Guild of the Catholic Medical Association. Dedicated to holistic, life-affirming primary care, Dr. Girón enjoys family time and the outdoors.
