Janet has been working in the healthcare industry since 1973. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Texas Woman’s University. After graduating, she went on to teach nursing at Texas Christian University. She then completed her nurse practitioner program at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Lowell Phipps, M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. God led me to be a practicing physician. I was born in Southern CA, and moved to Texas when I started high school. I have been here ever since. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, participating in my church and watching/playing any kind of sport. I have 6 children. I live where I work. I like to be involved with the community where my patients reside and I am interested in community affairs.

I was raised in St. Louis, MO and moved to Texas with my family in 2008. I became a registered nurse over 25 years ago and worked as a cardiac and critical care nurse before moving overseas and shifting my focus to global & integrative health care. I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an emphasis in Family Practice from Texas Tech University and joined the practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends, traveling, water sports, reading, and all things music. For 20 years, I have worked as a nurse in the emergency department which has taught me to recognize and treat a wide range of ailments. Saba Shabnam, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician in Grapevine, Texas, proudly serving the communities in the Dallas Fort Worth area for more than 15 years. Dr. Shabnam graduated with honors from the Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1996. She moved to the United States and completed her family medicine training at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College. Through this residency, Dr. Shabnam served as chief resident. 

Post-residency, Dr. Shabnam moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has been working in private practice since 2005.
