Xiaowen graduated from Texas Women's University with a Master of Science in Nursing Degree and is an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing with primary care offices and post-acute care facilities. Xiaowen practices evidence based medicine to ensure patients receive the best quality of care.

She received her graduate PA degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, following her completion of clinical rounds in various medical specialties all over Texas. Julia has worked closely with and for our office for years, dating back to before completing her undergraduate B.S degree in Liberal Studies, Biology, Communication Sciences, and Kinesiology from the University of Houston.
Julia is growing in her passion for providing precise and personalized care, and making sure every patient feels not only listened to, but understood regarding any concerns they may have. Dr. Ebere Israel Azubuike, MD ("Dr. Izzy"), is a family doctor serving patients of all ages at Mercy Family Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He has about 15 years of experience, and he specializes in primary care and family medicine.
Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.
After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area.
