Alex Tse, MD, is a board-certified obesity medicine specialist. He brings over 40 years of medical experience to the Generations Family Practice team located in Cary, North Carolina, where he uses that experience to provide high-quality care to his patients. Dr. Tse is also the Chief Medical Officer of Cary Medical Management, located in Cary, North Carolina.  

He graduated from the University of Hong Kong Medical School. Dr. Tse then completed his residency and fellowship training at the New Jersey Medical College of Medicine & Dentistry and Children’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He has training in Allergy and Immunology from Boston Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Tse created the Healthy Longevity Program at Generations Family Practice, which works to transform the lives of diabetic and obese patients. The program supports and monitors patients on medically prescribed low-carb diets for the management of chronic conditions with inflammation such as diabetes. The program’s goal is to reduce inflammation through diet resulting in the ability to reduce or eliminate the need for medications or insulin.   

Although Dr. Tse primarily focuses on diabetes, his program also benefits patients with obesity, hypertension, PCOS, epilepsy, neurological diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, and mood disorders.

Zachary Lo, NP-C, is a registered nurse practitioner serving patients at Generations Family Practice in Cary, North Carolina. He joined the team in 2021 and provides acute, chronic, and primary care to patients in the Triangle area.

Zachary grew up in Taiwan before moving to California. In 2011, he received his master’s degree in nursing from Samuel Merrit University in Oakland, California. 

Shortly after graduating, he worked at Yu Care Medical Group and Garfield Health Center in Monterey Park, California. Before joining the Generations Family Practice team, Zachary provided primary care to patients at Northeast Medical Services in San Jose, California. 

He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Medical Cantonese. Zachary also has extensive experience with electronic medical records, including NextGen and Athena. 

He enjoys practicing medicine because he gets to build relationships with his patients. It keeps him humble to know there are many people out there with unique experiences and backgrounds.

Lara Schoenebeck, MSN, FNP-C is a North Carolina transplant, having lived here since 2018. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester before obtaining a master's degree from Vanderbilt University to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. After finishing her degree, she decided to move to the Triangle area to be closer to family and start her career. She has lived in several places, including Illinois, New York, Tennessee, and Germany, but North Carolina feels like home.

She comes to Generations Family Practice with previous family medicine experience. She has loved working in family medicine because it has allowed her to establish long-term relationships with patients and their families. She is passionate about individualizing care for each patient and working with them to reach their health goals.

Lara currently lives in Cary, NC with her significant other and two cats. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, baking, gardening, and kayaking. She looks forward to continuing to explore and learn more about the area she now calls home.

Sarah Green, PA-C, is a native North Carolinian, originally from Charlotte. She works as a physician's assistant serving patients at Generations Family Practice located in Cary, North Carolina.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Montreat College in Black Mountain, North Carolina. She then earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina. 

Sarah has always been interested in medicine, particularly family medicine, because she gets to apply a broad range of knowledge to treat more patients. She also enjoys forming relationships throughout her day with people of all different backgrounds. 

Sarah works closely with her patients, enabling them to become the healthiest versions of themselves. She has a particular interest in obesity management, women’s health, treating depression and anxiety, as well as treating chronic illnesses with diet and other lifestyle changes. 

When she isn’t working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and daughter, Nora. She also likes reading mystery novels, exercising, eating delicious food, traveling, and discovering new places.

Justin Glodowski, DO, is a family medicine doctor at Generations Family Practice in Cary, North Carolina. He has been a family physician for decades and enjoys working closely with his patients. 

Dr. Glodowski received his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. He then completed a residency in family practice at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. 

Dr. Glodowski is board-certified in family practice. 

For a period, Dr. Glodowski worked as a hospitalist, a specialist who cares for patients during their hospital stay. Today, he mainly treats adults and seniors, focusing on sports-related injuries and non-surgical treatment of the back and spine. 

Dr. Glodowski also has a special interest in skin and vein disorders and treatments, which he utilizes when addressing patient needs.

Board-certified primary care physician Mrinalini Kodumagulla, MD, of Wake Family Medicine, is experienced in treating adults, children, adolescents, and seniors. In 1991, Dr. Kodumagulla earned her bachelor’s degree in medicine and science from Sri Venkateswara Medical University in Tirupati, India. Susan Horlick, MHS, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Select Family Practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. Susan has over 27 years of experience in urgent care and family medicine and uses her extensive knowledge to provide expert opinions and care to her patients. She forms close relationships with her patients to give them attentive, personalized care at every appointment.

In 1986, Susan earned her Bachelor of Science in clinical nutrition at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. A few years later, she attended Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, to complete the highly regarded physician assistant program. She also completed her master’s degree in health sciences at Duke University.

Lauren Williams, PA-C, is an exceptional physician assistant at Select Family Practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. She helps new and returning patients in and around Raleigh achieve their wellness and personal health goals. 

Lauren completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Her degree speaks to her personal passion, as she earned a bachelor's in exercise and sports science. Lauren even worked as an exercise specialist for eight years before pursuing her graduate education. 

Seeing the exceptional benefit exercise has on a person's wellbeing, Lauren attended Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, to contribute to this movement and complete her physician assistant training. My name is Daniel Nardi, I am a Yooper at heart or otherwise known as someone who has grown up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I moved down in 2012 after graduating from Central Michigan University with BS in Psychology and Pre-Requisites for PA school. I heard this area had a lot of opportunity, so I left my EMT job, ability to apply to school, and decided to venture out and experience life. Landing in Holly Springs, NC with nothing but a place to stay. 

I have worked since I was 14 and have had a variety of jobs. My first job in NC was pest control, working 6 days a week in 100-degree weather, I quickly questioned everything. However, it was challenging, and it sparked my curiosity to always learn something new. Make sure you give a thank you to your technician next time they service your house.

From there my building maintenance and handyman background landed me a job doing home renovation and soon into flipping houses. The ability to see the transformation from before and after, with the fulfilling feeling of accomplishment is one ill always have a passion for. As the years went, I also knew that my passion to become a PA never left. 

I decided to chase my dream and went back to school at Campbell University and then went on to apply to PA school. I landed up at Methodist University and their down to earth and small-town atmosphere was a perfect fit for me. I graduated from Methodist with a MASPA in 2019 where I was awarded the NHSC scholarship. 

Outside of work you can find me outdoors, concerts, camping, and depending on the season at the Mountains/Beach. I enjoy spending time with my family and our two boys, with friends, and always working on something. I enjoy watching sports and playing softball or other rec ball when I find the time.

Mr. Reza Hatefi, PA-C, is a compassionate and experienced physician’s assistant who is fluent in Spanish and Farsi and has been serving patients in and around Raleigh, North Carolina, since 2000. At Select Family Practice, Mr. Hatefi provides attentive, personalized care, taking time to listen to his patients, helping them to improve their overall health and well-being with expert clinical care and lifestyle-management advice.

Mr. Hatefi earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his physician’s assistant training and bachelor’s degree in health science at Methodist College (now Methodist University) in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He’s a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.

Mr. Hatefi provides a comprehensive range of services for patients of all ages, including wellness exams and DOT physicals, pediatric care, sick visits, X-rays, minor surgeries, and acne treatments. He also offers chronic-disease management to help patients regulate and control their symptoms and overall wellness while living with conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.

Sallie Corse, PA-C is a Triangle area native. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. She then went on to complete a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. In 2016, she began her career in emergency medicine where she learned to effectively care for patients of all ages and treat various patient concerns. In addition to working in the ER, she also has experience in surgical oncology as well as weight loss medicine. However, after realizing her passion for building a lasting connection with patients, she chose to redirect her career to primary care where she can have a deep-rooted impact on a patient's health. She loves being an advocate for her patient's and working with them to reach their goals as well as live a healthy lifestyle. Sallie is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, and is actively involved in her church. When not working, Sallie enjoys being outdoors, training for her next triathlon, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.

Onyeje's practice follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation to provide holistic medical care.
